  1. 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  2. 2. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
  3. 3. Pour the milk into a pot.
  4. 4. Stir the vanilla seeds and the empty pod into the cold milk.
  5. 5. Bring the milk to a boil on the stove.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
  7. 7. Place the egg yolks and sugar in a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
  9. 9. Mix the flour into the egg yolk mixture.
  10. 10. Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg yolk cream while stirring.
  11. 11. Pour the entire mixture back into the pot.
  12. 12. Fish out the vanilla pod from the cream and discard it.
  13. 13. Place the pot back on the stove over low heat.
  14. 14. Stir the cream continuously until it thickens.
  15. 15. Do not let the cream boil again.
  16. 16. Wash the grapes and pat them dry.
  17. 17. Pour the hot vanilla cream into a pudding mold.
  18. 18. Distribute the grapes evenly in the mold.
  19. 19. Let the pudding cool completely at room temperature for several hours.
  20. 20. Place the mold in the refrigerator until the pudding is firm.
  21. 21. Take the mold out of the refrigerator.
  22. 22. Turn the pudding out onto a serving plate.
  23. 23. Garnish the pudding with grape leaves.
  24. 24. Serve the pudding immediately.
