🍽️ Homemade Vanilla Pudding with Grapes

Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 0.5 l milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g wine grapes
- grapes (for garnishing)
- vine leaf
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
- 3. Pour the milk into a pot.
- 4. Stir the vanilla seeds and the empty pod into the cold milk.
- 5. Bring the milk to a boil on the stove.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Place the egg yolks and sugar in a separate bowl.
- 8. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
- 9. Mix the flour into the egg yolk mixture.
- 10. Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg yolk cream while stirring.
- 11. Pour the entire mixture back into the pot.
- 12. Fish out the vanilla pod from the cream and discard it.
- 13. Place the pot back on the stove over low heat.
- 14. Stir the cream continuously until it thickens.
- 15. Do not let the cream boil again.
- 16. Wash the grapes and pat them dry.
- 17. Pour the hot vanilla cream into a pudding mold.
- 18. Distribute the grapes evenly in the mold.
- 19. Let the pudding cool completely at room temperature for several hours.
- 20. Place the mold in the refrigerator until the pudding is firm.
- 21. Take the mold out of the refrigerator.
- 22. Turn the pudding out onto a serving plate.
- 23. Garnish the pudding with grape leaves.
- 24. Serve the pudding immediately.
