🍽️ Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients
- 0.5 l Milk
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 5 Egg yolks
- 100 g Sugar
- 30 g Flour
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp chopped Nuts
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and stir both into the milk. Then bring the mixture to a boil.
- 2. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, folding in the flour.
- 3. Slowly stir the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture, return everything to the pot, remove the vanilla pod and bring to a boil once while stirring constantly over low heat.
- 4. Strain the vanilla cream through a fine sieve, fill into dessert bowls and let cool. Lightly sprinkle the surface with sugar to prevent a skin from forming. Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
