  1. 1. Place paper liners into the cups of your muffin tin.
  2. 2. Put 100 grams of sugar, cream, and butter into a pot.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. 4. Stir vanilla paste into the hot mixture.
  5. 5. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat and let the vanilla cream cool down until it is lukewarm.
  7. 7. Mix flour, baking powder, and starch in a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Peel the banana and mash it finely.
  9. 9. Whisk the banana puree with the cooled vanilla cream, the remaining sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  10. 10. Stir the eggs into the banana mixture.
  11. 11. Add the dry flour mixture and stir it in quickly until a smooth batter forms.
  12. 12. Fill the batter evenly into the prepared liners.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
  14. 14. Place the muffin tin on the middle rack in the oven.
  15. 15. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the tin from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for another 5 minutes.
  17. 17. Take the muffins out of the tin and place them on a wire rack.
  18. 18. Let the muffins cool down completely.
  19. 19. Dust the finished muffins with powdered sugar before serving.
