🍽️ Creamy Vanilla Mango Shake

Ingredients
- 0.5 l Milk
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 Mango
- 1 Vanilla pod (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the seeds (pulp) from the pod.
- 3. Add the milk, the vanilla pod, and the seeds to a pot.
- 4. Warm the milk gently, but do not let it boil.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture steep for 10 minutes.
- 6. Remove the empty vanilla pod from the milk.
- 7. Bring the milk to a brief boil.
- 8. Add the honey and the mango pulp to the blender.
- 9. Pour in the hot milk.
- 10. Blend everything until smooth.
- 11. Let the shake cool down in the glasses.
- 12. Serve the shake cold.
