🍽️ Exotic Vanilla Cream with Fruit Puree

Ingredients
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 1 vanilla pod
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 60 g sugar
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame (roasted)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
- 2. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 3. Add the cream and sugar to a pot.
- 4. Heat the cream with the sugar and bring it to a boil.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 8. Stir the squeezed gelatin into the warm cream.
- 9. Let the vanilla cream cool down for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Remove the vanilla pod from the cream.
- 11. Rinse four glasses with cold water.
- 12. Pour the vanilla cream into the glasses.
- 13. Place the glasses covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- 14. Cut the passion fruits in half.
- 15. Scoop out the fruit pulp along with the seeds.
- 16. Press the fruit pulp through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- 17. Peel the kiwi.
- 18. Mash the kiwi flesh slightly chunky with a fork.
- 19. Mix the mashed kiwi with the passion fruit pulp.
- 20. Add the honey and lemon juice to the fruit mixture.
- 21. Spread the fruit puree over the cooled vanilla cream.
- 22. Sprinkle the desserts with sesame seeds.
- 23. Serve the vanilla cream immediately.
