🍽️ Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 500 g whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 2 ripe nectarines
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the inside. Heat the cream together with sugar, vanilla seeds, and the pod for about 6 minutes at low temperature.
- 2. Soak the gelatin in a bowl with cold water. Then remove the vanilla pod from the cream. Take the pot off the heat. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir it into the vanilla cream until it has dissolved.
- 3. Fill the vanilla cream into four glasses and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the pits, and cut into thin slices. Arrange the cream pudding with the nectarine slices and serve.
