  4. 4. Thoroughly mix the butter with the nuts, 50 grams of the grated chocolate, vanilla powder, sugar, and the egg yolk using the dough hook.

  7. 7. Wrap the dough ball in a damp kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Place the dough ball in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  9. 9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  10. 10. Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
