🍳 Vanilla Oat Porridge with Flaxseeds and Apple

Ingredients
- 300 ml Oat drink (oat milk) (or water)
- 80 g rolled oats
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 2 small apples
Instructions
- 1. Pour the oat drink into a pot.
- 2. Add the oat flakes, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- 3. Stir in the flaxseeds.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 5. Let the porridge simmer for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Let the porridge swell for approx. 10 minutes.
- 8. Toast the nuts in a pan without fat.
- 9. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 10. Cut the apples in half.
- 11. Remove the core.
- 12. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 13. Add the apple cubes and the toasted nuts to the porridge.
- 14. Serve the dish.
