Ingredients
- 100 g almond kernels
- 200 g dried dates (pitted)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 20 g coconut flakes (approx. 2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Put the almonds, dates, and vanilla powder into a blender or food processor.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until a sticky paste forms.
- 3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into equal-sized balls.
- 4. Pour the coconut flakes onto a flat plate.
- 5. Roll the vanilla balls in the coconut flakes until they are completely covered.
- 6. Press the balls slightly to ensure the coconut flakes stick well.
- 7. Place the finished energy balls into a sealable container.
- 8. Store the container in the refrigerator.
