🍽️ Crispy Toast with Pork Fillet and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 400 g pork fillet
- 100 g button mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 slices toast bread
- 125 g mozzarella
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork fillet under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the pork fillet into slices about 2 centimeters thick.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms of any dirt.
- 5. Slice the mushrooms as well.
- 6. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 7. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
- 8. Season the meat slices with salt and pepper.
- 9. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
- 10. Fry the meat in the hot fat until golden brown.
- 11. Fry the meat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 12. Remove the fried meat from the pan.
- 13. Add the mushrooms to the remaining frying fat.
- 14. Add the spring onion rings to the pan.
- 15. Sauté the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
- 16. Season the vegetables again with salt and pepper.
- 17. Add chopped parsley to the pan.
- 18. Add crushed garlic to the pan.
- 19. Fry the herbs and garlic briefly.
- 20. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
- 21. Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
- 22. Place the fried meat on the toast slices.
- 23. Distribute the mushroom mixture over the meat.
- 24. Top the toasts with the mozzarella slices.
- 25. Preheat the oven and activate the grill function.
- 26. Place the toasts in the hot oven.
- 27. Broil the toasts for about 2 minutes under the grill.
- 28. Remove the toasts when the cheese has melted.
- 29. Serve the dish immediately.
