  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the pork fillet into slices about 2 centimeters thick.
  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms of any dirt.
  5. 5. Slice the mushrooms as well.
  6. 6. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  7. 7. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  8. 8. Season the meat slices with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the meat in the hot fat until golden brown.
  11. 11. Fry the meat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the fried meat from the pan.
  13. 13. Add the mushrooms to the remaining frying fat.
  14. 14. Add the spring onion rings to the pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
  16. 16. Season the vegetables again with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Add chopped parsley to the pan.
  18. 18. Add crushed garlic to the pan.
  19. 19. Fry the herbs and garlic briefly.
  20. 20. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
  21. 21. Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
  22. 22. Place the fried meat on the toast slices.
  23. 23. Distribute the mushroom mixture over the meat.
  24. 24. Top the toasts with the mozzarella slices.
  25. 25. Preheat the oven and activate the grill function.
  26. 26. Place the toasts in the hot oven.
  27. 27. Broil the toasts for about 2 minutes under the grill.
  28. 28. Remove the toasts when the cheese has melted.
  29. 29. Serve the dish immediately.
