  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Gently flatten the pork schnitzels using a meat mallet or the back of a knife.
  3. 3. Season the schnitzels on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Lightly dust the schnitzels with flour and shake off any excess.
  5. 5. Heat butter in a large frying pan.
  6. 6. Fry the schnitzels in the hot butter for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. 7. Place the vegetables in a pot and heat them up.
  8. 8. Toss the warm vegetables in a little butter.
  9. 9. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to finish.
  10. 10. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Place the fried schnitzels onto an ovenproof baking dish.
  12. 12. Layer the schnitzels alternately with slices of cheese and tomato.
  13. 13. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over the topped schnitzels.
  14. 14. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven.
  15. 15. Bake the dish for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  16. 16. Remove the baking dish from the oven and serve the schnitzel together with the warm vegetables.
