Ingredients
- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- 25 g double cream cheese
- 3 plums
- lemon pepper
- 50 g blue cheese
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread and spread a thick layer of cream cheese on top. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- 2. Cut the plums in half, remove the pit, and place them cut-side up on the cream cheese. Slice the cheese thickly and cover the plums with it.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the toast until the cheese has melted.
