🍽️ Grilled sheep's cheese with tomatoes, olives, and capers

Ingredients
- 500 g Sheep's cheese (e.g. Feta)
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp black olives
- 80 g Caper berries
- Oregano
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the sheep's cheese.
- 2. Place the cheese slices into the ramekins.
- 3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Remove the tough stem base from the tomatoes.
- 5. Distribute the halved tomatoes over the cheese.
- 6. Drain the olives.
- 7. Pit the olives if they still contain seeds.
- 8. Add the olives to the cheese.
- 9. Sprinkle oregano over everything.
- 10. Preheat the oven to the grill setting.
- 11. Place the ramekins in the preheated oven.
- 12. Grill the cheese until it melts.
- 13. Remove the ramekins from the oven.
- 14. Distribute the large capers over the hot cheese.
- 15. Drizzle the dish with a little olive oil.
- 16. Pepper to taste.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
