  1. 1. Clean the turnip, parsley root, and carrots. Peel the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and gently press the cloves.
  3. 3. Heat one tablespoon of Deli Reform 'The Original' in a large pot.
  4. 4. Sauté the prepared vegetables in it over medium heat for five minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in 200 milliliters of water. Add a bay leaf and a cinnamon stick.
  6. 6. Simmer the vegetables over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
  7. 7. Drain the vegetables. Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
  8. 8. Finely chop the walnut kernels.
  9. 9. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  10. 10. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
  11. 11. Grate the lemon zest.
  12. 12. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  13. 13. Set the lemon juice aside.
  14. 14. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  15. 15. Chop the parsley leaves.
  16. 16. Mix the walnuts, Parmesan, lemon zest, parsley, and flaxseeds in a bowl.
  17. 17. Add two tablespoons of Deli Reform 'The Original'.
  18. 18. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Rinse the cod gently and pat it dry.
  20. 20. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  21. 21. Place the cod fillets on the tray.
  22. 22. Distribute the walnut-Parmesan mixture evenly over the fillets.
  23. 23. Press the mixture down lightly.
  24. 24. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 3).
  25. 25. Bake the cod in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  26. 26. Clean the savoy cabbage and wash it.
  27. 27. Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips.
  28. 28. Peel the shallot and slice it into rings.
  29. 29. Heat one tablespoon of Deli Reform 'The Original' in a frying pan.
  30. 30. Sauté the savoy cabbage and shallots in it over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  31. 31. Cook the cabbage until it has wilted slightly.
  32. 32. Add cream cheese and two to three tablespoons of water to the pan.
  33. 33. Heat the mixture briefly until the cream cheese has melted.
  34. 34. Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, freshly grated nutmeg, and the lemon juice.
  35. 35. Drain the boiled turnip mixture.
  36. 36. Pour cream over the vegetables.
  37. 37. Mash the vegetables roughly with a potato masher.
  38. 38. Season the turnip mash with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg.
  39. 39. Place the baked cod on top of the creamy savoy cabbage.
  40. 40. Serve the dish with the turnip mash.
