  3. 3. Cut a total of 12 triangles from the slices.
  4. 4. Use the remaining melon part for another purpose.
  5. 5. Place the melon triangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Slice the Scamorza cheese.
  7. 7. Place the cheese slices on the melon pieces.
  8. 8. Finely chop the pistachios.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the melons with cheese.
  10. 10. Turn on the oven grill to the hot setting.
  11. 11. Bake the melon triangles in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
  12. 12. Take them out when they are golden brown.
  13. 13. Wash the thyme under running water.
  14. 14. Shake the thyme dry.
