🍽️ Grilled Asparagus Rolls with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
- 500 g white asparagus
- 500 g green asparagus
- salt
- 160 g cooked ham (8 slices)
- 125 g mozzarella (9 % fat; 1 ball)
- 10 g butter (2 tsp)
- 50 g sliced almonds (5 tbsp)

Instructions
- 1. Peel the white asparagus completely. Peel only the bottom third of the green asparagus. Cut off the woody ends of both types.
- 2. Bring salted water to a boil. Cook the white asparagus in it for about 10 minutes. Add the green asparagus. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
- 3. Cut the ham slices in half. Slice the mozzarella. Brush four ovenproof ramekins with butter.
- 4. Lift the asparagus out of the cooking water. Shock it with cold water. Let it drain well.
- 5. Halve the asparagus stalks. Take three white and three green stalks each. Wrap them together with two half ham slices into a packet. Place two of these rolls into each prepared ramekin.
- 6. Top each asparagus packet with a slice of mozzarella. Sprinkle flaked almonds over it. Season generously with black pepper.
- 7. Preheat the oven grill. Grill the rolls until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
