🍝 Heavenly Pasta Bake with Mushrooms and Ham

Ingredients
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 ml strained tomatoes
- salt, pepper from the grinder
- 100 g smoked pork neck
- 250 g ready-made tortellini
- 250 g rigatoni
- 125 g grated Gouda
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thick pieces.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 3. Fry the mushrooms over high heat for a few seconds.
- 4. Stir the puréed tomatoes into the mushrooms.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
- 6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 7. Slice the smoked pork or ham into strips.
- 8. Cook the tortellini and rigatoni in plenty of salted water, as indicated on the package.
- 9. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 10. Fill the drained pasta, the mushroom-tomato sauce, and the meat strips into a greased baking dish.
- 11. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over everything.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (200 degrees with fan or gas level 4-5).
- 13. Bake the casserole for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven until it is baked on top.
- 14. Dust the finished dish with cayenne pepper and serve.
