  2. 2. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4. Let the pasta drain well.
  5. 5. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  6. 6. Fry the sausages in the hot pan until golden brown on all sides.
  7. 7. Remove the sausages from the pan.
  8. 8. Cut the sausages into small, bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Wash the broccoli under running water.
  10. 10. Remove the tough stems and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  11. 11. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Drain the broccoli and rinse it with cold water.
  13. 13. Let the broccoli drain well as well.
  14. 14. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Shock the tomatoes immediately with cold water.
  16. 16. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  17. 17. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

  37. 37. Bake the casserole for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and gratinated.
