🍽️ Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- olive oil
- 8 slices mountain cheese
- 8 slices raw ham
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes in half and place them cut-side up in a large greased baking dish. Then season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven (180°) for about 35 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
- 2. Cut the cheese and ham slices in half. Place one piece of cheese and one piece of ham lightly on the potatoes and sprinkle with pepper.
- 3. Put the potatoes back in the oven and bake on the highest setting until the cheese starts to melt.
