🍝 Udon Noodles with Chicken

Ingredients
- 400 g frozen udon noodles (about 2 packages)
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper (from a grinder)
- 10 cm lemongrass
- 6 tbsp oil (60 g each)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 100 ml oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce (30 g each)
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Let the udon noodles thaw. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and mix with salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons oil, and lemongrass. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Wash the spring onion and cut it into thin rings.
- 3. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a wok. Sauté the garlic and spring onions for 30 seconds, then add the chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Add the broth.
- 4. Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling salted water for 30 seconds, then drain and let them drip dry well. Mix with the chicken and sauce. Serve the udon noodles with chicken on plates and enjoy.
