🍽️ Fresh Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers
- salt
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful dill tips (for garnish)
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 2. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber halves using a spoon.
- 3. Grate the cucumber flesh coarsely.
- 4. Mix the grated cucumber with one teaspoon of salt.
- 5. Let the cucumber sit for ten minutes to release liquid.
- 6. Rinse the cucumber briefly under running water.
- 7. Squeeze the cucumber well or let it drain in a colander.
- 8. Mix the drained cucumber with the Greek yogurt.
- 9. Peel the garlic clove.
- 10. Press the garlic directly into the yogurt mixture.
- 11. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil.
- 12. Season the dip to taste with more salt.
- 13. Let the finished dip rest briefly to allow the flavors to meld.
- 14. Serve the tzatziki garnished with fresh dill and paprika powder.
