Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers
- salt
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful dill tips (for garnish)
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise and remove the seeds. Then grate coarsely, mix with 1 tsp salt and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then rinse and drain well. Then mix with the Greek yogurt. Peel the garlic and press it in.
- 2. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil, season to taste with salt and let it sit for a while. Tzatziki is served decorated with dill and paprika powder.
