  1. 1. Peel the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise and remove the seeds. Then grate coarsely, mix with 1 tsp salt and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then rinse and drain well. Then mix with the Greek yogurt. Peel the garlic and press it in.
  2. 2. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil, season to taste with salt and let it sit for a while. Tzatziki is served decorated with dill and paprika powder.
