  1. 1. Peel the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise and remove the seeds. Then grate coarsely, mix with 1 tsp salt and let rest for 10 minutes. Then rinse and drain well. Then mix with the Greek yogurt. Peel the garlic and add it.
  2. 2. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and let it sit for a while. Serve the tzatziki garnished with dill and paprika powder.
