  1. 1. Peel the cucumbers, halve them, and remove the seeds. Grate coarsely, mix with 1 tsp salt, and let rest for 10 minutes. Then rinse and drain well. Mix with the Greek yogurt. Peel the garlic and press it in.
  2. 2. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil, season with salt, and let it sit for a while. Garnish the tzatziki with dill and paprika powder and serve.
