Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers
- salt
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful dill tips (for garnish)
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumbers, halve them, and remove the seeds. Grate coarsely, mix with 1 tsp salt, and let rest for 10 minutes. Then rinse and drain well. Mix with the Greek yogurt. Peel the garlic and press it in.
- 2. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil, season with salt, and let it sit for a while. Garnish the tzatziki with dill and paprika powder and serve.
