🥗 Turkish Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 500 g carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch parsley (10 g)
- 2 tbsp walnut kernels (15 g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 120 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean the carrots, peel and coarsely grate them. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake it dry, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the oil, yogurt, and lemon juice well. Then add the carrots, garlic, parsley, and walnuts, and mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Let the Turkish carrot salad sit for 10 minutes before serving.
