  1. 1. Pour the yogurt into a tall container.
  2. 2. Add the mineral water and the salt.
  3. 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is frothy.
  4. 4. Spread sea salt onto a plate.
  5. 5. Rub the rims of two glasses with the cut side of a lemon wedge.
  6. 6. Press the moistened glass rims into the sea salt.
  7. 7. Wash the mint.
  8. 8. Shake the mint dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips as desired.
  11. 11. Crush the ice cubes finely using an ice crusher.
  12. 12. Fill the yogurt mixture into the prepared glasses.
  13. 13. Add the crushed ice cubes to the glasses.
  14. 14. Sprinkle some pepper over the drink.
  15. 15. Garnish the drink with the mint leaves.
  16. 16. Serve the drink immediately.
