🥤 Refreshing Turkish Yogurt Drink

Ingredients
- 300 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 300 ml mineral water (ice cold)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 lemon
- 1 sprig mint
- black pepper (from the mill)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Pour the yogurt into a tall container.
- 2. Add the mineral water and the salt.
- 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is frothy.
- 4. Spread sea salt onto a plate.
- 5. Rub the rims of two glasses with the cut side of a lemon wedge.
- 6. Press the moistened glass rims into the sea salt.
- 7. Wash the mint.
- 8. Shake the mint dry.
- 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 10. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips as desired.
- 11. Crush the ice cubes finely using an ice crusher.
- 12. Fill the yogurt mixture into the prepared glasses.
- 13. Add the crushed ice cubes to the glasses.
- 14. Sprinkle some pepper over the drink.
- 15. Garnish the drink with the mint leaves.
- 16. Serve the drink immediately.
