🥤 Turkish Apple Tea

Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp ground clove
- 0.25 tsp ground anise seeds
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional honey)
- 500 ml apple juice
Instructions
- 1. Bring the water in a pot to a boil.
- 2. Add the spices and sugar to the boiling water.
- 3. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
- 4. Add the apple juice, cinnamon, and ginger.
- 5. Let the tea boil for another 10 minutes.
- 6. Strain the tea through a sieve.
- 7. Serve the tea hot or lukewarm.
- 8. Pour the tea into a thermos.
- 9. Drink the tea throughout the day.
