Ingredients
- 250 g chicken (-hearts)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- 2. Sauté the onion cubes briefly in the pan.
- 3. Add the chicken hearts to the onions.
- 4. Sear the hearts briefly together with the onions.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 6. Add the tomato cubes to the hearts and onions.
- 7. Let the mixture reduce and cook down.
- 8. Press the garlic directly into the sauce.
- 9. Season the sauce with salt.
- 10. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 11. Season the sauce with thyme.
- 12. Simmer the dish on low heat for approx. 30 minutes.
