🍽️ Fresh Yogurt Cucumber Dip

Ingredients
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 2 small salad cucumbers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 2. Remove the seeds using a spoon.
- 3. Grate the cucumber flesh coarsely.
- 4. Mix the grated cucumber with one teaspoon of salt.
- 5. Let the cucumber sit for ten minutes to release liquid.
- 6. Rinse the cucumber briefly and squeeze it well so it is dry.
- 7. Add the yogurt to the cucumber and stir everything well.
- 8. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic directly into the yogurt mixture.
- 9. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil.
- 10. Season the dip to taste with a little salt.
- 11. Let the finished dip rest briefly so the flavors can meld.
- 12. Serve the dip garnished with a wedge of tomato.
- 13. Sprinkle some chopped chives over it.
