  2. 2. Roughly chop both types of vegan chocolate.
  3. 3. Melt the chocolate in the hot double boiler.
  4. 4. Add the lemon zest, soy cream, and coconut oil to the melted chocolate.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until a smooth mass forms.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture into a shallow bowl.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl.
  8. 8. Let the mixture set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  9. 9. Sift the cocoa powder onto a plate.
  10. 10. Take small portions of the chocolate mixture with a teaspoon.
  11. 11. Roll the portions into balls between your hands.
  12. 12. Roll the balls in the cocoa powder.
  13. 13. Place the balls on a plate with some space between them.
  14. 14. Process the entire mixture in this way.
  15. 15. Chill the truffles for about 1 hour.
  16. 16. The truffles are now ready to serve.
