🍽️ Truffle Pralines

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the crème fraîche in a pot and melt the chopped chocolate in it. Add the rum and butter and mix well. Then chill the mixture until it is firm but still moldable.
- 2. Place a large shallow bowl in the freezer compartment.
- 3. Spread the cocoa evenly on a shallow plate.
- 4. With cool hands, form small balls from the chocolate mixture, roll them in the cocoa, and place them on the chilled plate. The cold truffles can be packaged as a gift if desired.
