🍽️ Truffles Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients
- 70 g fresh black truffles (4 - 4 fresh black truffles)
- 4 slices bacon
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 pieces aluminum foil (square)
Instructions
- 1. Take one slice of bacon.
- 2. Wrap the slice around one truffle.
- 3. Repeat this with the remaining truffles and bacon slices.
- 4. Season the wrapped truffles with black pepper.
- 5. Wrap each piece individually in aluminum foil.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet.
- 8. Put the tray in the center of the oven.
- 9. Bake the truffles for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 10. The baking time depends on the size of the truffles.
- 11. Take the tray out of the oven.
- 12. Remove the aluminum foil from the truffles.
- 13. Warm up the serving plates beforehand.
- 14. Arrange the truffles on the warm plates.
