🍽️ Homemade Drinking Chocolate Sticks

Ingredients
- 500 g dark chocolate couverture
- 200 g whipping cream
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 pinch organic orange peel
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 2. Place the chocolate pieces into a bowl.
- 3. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water.
- 4. Melt the chocolate slowly while stirring.
- 5. Heat the cream in a saucepan.
- 6. Add the spices to the hot cream.
- 7. Carefully stir the spiced cream into the melted chocolate.
- 8. Divide the chocolate mixture among 10 small molds.
- 9. Wait until the chocolate begins to set slightly.
- 10. Insert one ice cream stick into each mold.
- 11. Let the sticks set for 2 to 3 hours.
