🍽️ Creamy Red Currant Yoghurt Drink

Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 0.5 organic orange
- 200 g red currants
- 1 tbsp honey
- 400 ml cold milk (3.5% fat)
- 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp melting flakes (30 g)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
- 3. Rinse the orange under hot water.
- 4. Dry the orange with a cloth.
- 5. Grate the orange zest finely.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- 7. Place the red currants in a stand mixer.
- 8. Add the vanilla seeds, orange zest, and orange juice.
- 9. Add the honey, milk, yoghurt, and melting flakes to the mixer.
- 10. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- 11. Pour the drinkable yoghurt into four screw-top glasses.
- 12. Add a drinking straw to each glass.
- 13. Serve the drink well chilled.
