  1. 1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise.
  2. 2. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
  3. 3. Rinse the orange under hot water.
  4. 4. Dry the orange with a cloth.
  5. 5. Grate the orange zest finely.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
  7. 7. Place the red currants in a stand mixer.
  8. 8. Add the vanilla seeds, orange zest, and orange juice.
  9. 9. Add the honey, milk, yoghurt, and melting flakes to the mixer.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  11. 11. Pour the drinkable yoghurt into four screw-top glasses.
  12. 12. Add a drinking straw to each glass.
  13. 13. Serve the drink well chilled.
