🍽️ Milk-Rice Drink with Apple Juice

Ingredients
- 200 ml pasteurized milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g whole grain rice gruel (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp apple juice
Instructions
- 1. Warm up half of the milk in a small pot.
- 2. Stir the rice slurry into the warm milk using a whisk.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Let the porridge swell for three minutes over low heat while stirring constantly.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Stir in the remaining cold milk and the apple juice.
- 7. Pour the milk mixture into a baby bottle.
- 8. Screw a flow-restricting nipple (breisauger) onto the bottle.
- 9. Before feeding, drip some of the contents onto the back of your hand.
- 10. Check the drinking temperature this way.
