  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the dill and parsley sprigs and let them drain well.
  3. 3. Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken meat into strips about 1 centimeter wide.
  5. 5. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips for approx. 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat and keep the meat warm.
  7. 7. Slice the bread roll into paper-thin slices using a bread slicer.
  8. 8. Toast the bread slices in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
  10. 10. Cut the carrots, apples, and chicory into thin strips.
  11. 11. Cut the celery stalks into small rings.
  12. 12. Wash the grapes and halve them.
  13. 13. Mix the salad with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
  14. 14. Finally season the marinade to taste with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Set aside the still warm chicken strips.
  16. 16. Mix the finished salad with the fresh herbs.
  17. 17. Plate the salad.
  18. 18. Garnish the dish with the toasted bread slices.
