  1. 1. Beat the butter with a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and regular sugar until creamy.
  2. 2. Stir the eggs into the butter mixture one by one.
  3. 3. Add 2 cl of grappa to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
  6. 6. Add a little milk gradually until you have a smooth dough that does not tear easily.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection mode).
  8. 8. Grease the springform pan with butter.
  9. 9. Dust the pan with breadcrumbs.
  10. 10. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  11. 11. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  12. 12. Pat the grapes dry.
  13. 13. Pour the dough into the prepared pan.
  14. 14. Smooth the surface of the dough.
  15. 15. Distribute the grapes evenly over the dough.
  16. 16. Lightly dust the grapes with powdered sugar.
  17. 17. Drizzle the cake with the remaining grappa.
  18. 18. Mix the flour with the sugar in a bowl for the crumble topping.
  19. 19. Melt the butter.
  20. 20. Add the melted butter to the flour-sugar mixture.
  21. 21. Stir everything together until small crumbs have formed.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the crumbs over the grapes.
  23. 23. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes.
  24. 24. Perform the skewer test to check if the cake is done.
  25. 25. Take the cake out of the oven.
  26. 26. Let the cake cool in the pan.
  27. 27. Remove the cake from the pan.
  28. 28. Let the cake cool completely on a cake rack.
  29. 29. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar before serving.
