🍰 Grape Crumble Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 40 ml grappa
- 350 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk

- 600 g green seedless grapes
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter with a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and regular sugar until creamy.
- 2. Stir the eggs into the butter mixture one by one.
- 3. Add 2 cl of grappa to the egg mixture and mix well.
- 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 5. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
- 6. Add a little milk gradually until you have a smooth dough that does not tear easily.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection mode).
- 8. Grease the springform pan with butter.
- 9. Dust the pan with breadcrumbs.
- 10. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 11. Remove the grapes from the stems.
- 12. Pat the grapes dry.
- 13. Pour the dough into the prepared pan.
- 14. Smooth the surface of the dough.
- 15. Distribute the grapes evenly over the dough.
- 16. Lightly dust the grapes with powdered sugar.
- 17. Drizzle the cake with the remaining grappa.
- 18. Mix the flour with the sugar in a bowl for the crumble topping.
- 19. Melt the butter.
- 20. Add the melted butter to the flour-sugar mixture.
- 21. Stir everything together until small crumbs have formed.
- 22. Sprinkle the crumbs over the grapes.
- 23. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes.
- 24. Perform the skewer test to check if the cake is done.
- 25. Take the cake out of the oven.
- 26. Let the cake cool in the pan.
- 27. Remove the cake from the pan.
- 28. Let the cake cool completely on a cake rack.
- 29. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar before serving.
