🥤 Fresh Juice of Grapes and Celery

Ingredients
- 150 g ripe light grapes (preferably organic quality)
- 100 g celery (1 stalk)
- 150 g wheatgrass
- 3 pieces dried melon
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly under running warm water.
- 2. Let the grapes drain in a sieve.
- 3. Pluck the individual grapes from the stems.
- 4. Wash the celery thoroughly.
- 5. Remove tough fibers from the stalk if present.
- 6. Chop the celery into coarse pieces.
- 7. Wash the wheatgrass.
- 8. Shake the wheatgrass dry.
- 9. Chop the wheatgrass into coarse pieces.
- 10. Dice the dried melon strips finely.
- 11. Put the grapes, celery, and wheatgrass into a juicer.
- 12. Juice the ingredients.
- 13. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 14. Add a few ice cubes to the juice.
- 15. Garnish the juice with the diced melon.
