Ingredients
- 16 green seedless grapes
- 100 g blue cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp chopped peeled almond kernels
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the grapes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the blue cheese and cream cheese into a bowl.
- 4. Mash the cheeses together with a fork until well combined.
- 5. Roll each grape in the cheese mixture until fully coated.
- 6. Lightly toast the almonds in a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Remove the almonds from the pan and let them cool.
- 8. Lightly toast the pistachios in the same pan.
- 9. Remove the pistachios from the pan and let them cool.
- 10. Divide the cheese-coated grapes into two equal groups.
- 11. Roll the first group of grapes in the chopped almonds.
- 12. Roll the second group of grapes in the chopped pistachios.
- 13. Arrange the finished grapes on plates.
- 14. Serve the snacks immediately.
