🍽️ Refreshing Elderflower Grape Punch

Ingredients
- 2 organic lemons
- 1 vanilla pod
- 40 g honey
- 3 handfuls elderflower
- 400 ml white grape juice
- 800 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 handful ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
- 2. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- 3. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 4. Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod.
- 5. Place the lemon slices, vanilla seeds, honey, and 250 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 6. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
- 7. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 8. Shake the elderflower blossoms to remove dirt and pick out any large debris.
- 9. Add half of the elderflower blossoms to the pot.
- 10. Stir everything well.
- 11. Allow the mixture to cool down.
- 12. Let the punch steep for about 12 hours.
- 13. Strain the elderflower water through a sieve.
- 14. Pour the water into a large punch bowl.
- 15. Slice the remaining lemon into thin rounds.
- 16. Add the lemon slices and the remaining elderflower blossoms to the punch.
- 17. Top up the punch with grape juice.
- 18. Top up the punch with mineral water.
- 19. Add ice cubes to the punch.
- 20. Serve the punch.
