🥗 Fruity-Savory Trampo Salad

Ingredients
- 4 light green bell peppers
- 800 g beef tomatoes
- 150 g white onions
- 300 g honeydew melon
- sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g goat cream cheese
- parsley (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Halve the bell peppers.
- 2. Remove the seeds and membranes from the peppers and rinse them under running water.
- 3. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
- 4. Cut out the stem area from the tomatoes.
- 5. Cut the peppers into pieces approximately 1 cm in size.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into pieces approximately 1 cm in size.
- 7. Peel the onions.
- 8. Quarter the onions.
- 9. Slice the onion quarters into thin strips.
- 10. Cut the melon into wedges.
- 11. Remove the seeds from the melon wedges.
- 12. Peel the melon.
- 13. Dice the melon into small cubes.
- 14. Place the peppers, tomatoes, onions, and melon into a large bowl.
- 15. Toss the vegetables and melon together in the bowl.
- 16. Place sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil into a small bowl.
- 17. Whisk the ingredients for the vinaigrette vigorously together.
- 18. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
- 19. Toss the salad to coat it evenly with the sauce.
- 20. Let the salad marinate for 10 minutes.
- 21. Break the goat cheese into coarse pieces.
- 22. Sprinkle the finished salad with the goat cheese pieces.
- 23. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley.
