🍽️ Tramezzini Sandwiches with Radish Quark

Ingredients
- 250 g Quark
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 bunch Radishes
- 1 small Spring onion
- 1 bunch Chives
- 0.5 Cress
- 8 slices Tramezzini bread
Instructions
- 1. Mix quark, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Wash, peel, and finely dice the radishes, finely chop the spring onion, and stir both into the quark mixture. Fold in the chives and cress.
- 2. Spread the quark in the center of the bread slices, leaving a border. Place a second slice on top and press the edges well. Halve the sandwich diagonally and serve it in napkins.
