🍽️ Chicken Tortillas with Peppers and Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 small bell peppers (yellow, red and green)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- lime juice
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 4 tsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 3. Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips or bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 6. Heat oil in a hot grill pan.
- 7. Fry the chicken breasts for about 4 minutes on each side.
- 8. Remove the meat from the pan and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- 9. Fry the pepper pieces in the same pan, turning occasionally, for about 2 minutes.
- 10. Add the spring onions and fry them briefly.
- 11. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and a splash of lime juice.
- 12. Stir the parsley into the vegetables.
- 13. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- 14. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan.
- 15. Fill the tortillas with the chicken and vegetables.
- 16. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over them.
- 17. Roll up the tortillas and serve.
