🍽️ Crispy Meat Tortillas with Melted Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 Tortilla flatbreads (ready-made)
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- paprika powder
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 125 g pizza tomatoes
- 50 g grated Emmental
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- tomato wedges (for garnishing)
- parsley (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake them for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- 3. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 4. Brown the minced meat together with the onions in the hot oil.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 6. Stir in the tomato paste and the tomatoes into the meat.
- 7. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the sauce to taste.
- 8. Remove the tortillas from the oven.
- 9. Switch the oven to the grill function.
- 10. Sprinkle cheese over one tortilla flatbread.
- 11. Melt the cheese under the grill in the oven.
- 12. Remove the tortilla with the melted cheese.
- 13. Cut all tortilla flatbreads into four equal pieces each.
- 14. Distribute the meat sauce over all the tortilla pieces.
- 15. Stack three tortilla pieces on top of each other.
- 16. Cover the stack with a tortilla piece that has cheese and meat sauce on it.
- 17. Place a small dollop of crème fraîche on the top layer.
- 18. Garnish the dish with tomato wedges and fresh parsley.
