  2. 2. Finely chop the oregano.
  3. 3. Add 250 grams of wheat flour, whole wheat flour, salt, the chopped oregano, and 2 tablespoons of oil to a bowl.
  4. 4. Gradually add about 175 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  5. 5. Knead the ingredients on a work surface into a firm and pliable dough.
  6. 6. Make sure the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  7. 7. Cover the dough with a damp cloth.
  8. 8. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
  10. 10. Shape each portion into a ball.
  11. 11. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough balls into thin flatbreads.
  13. 13. Heat a pan for baking.
  14. 14. Brush the pan with a little oil.
  15. 15. Bake the flatbreads individually in the pan.
  16. 16. Fry each flatbread for about 1 minute per side until golden brown.
  17. 17. Remove the flatbreads from the heat when they puff up with bubbles.
