🍽️ Fresh Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients
- 80 g young spinach leaves
- 60 g arugula
- 150 g cream cheese (plain)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 4 tortilla flatbreads (approx. 24 cm diameter)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach and arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Spin the greens dry.
- 3. Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice.
- 4. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Wash the bell pepper.
- 6. Halve the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
- 7. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes.
- 9. Core the tomatoes.
- 10. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 11. Peel the carrot.
- 12. Cut the carrot into thin strips.
- 13. Heat a frying pan.
- 14. Warm the tortilla wraps one by one in the hot pan for a short time on both sides.
- 15. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla wraps.
- 16. Top the tortillas with the prepared salad.
- 17. Distribute the bell pepper strips over the tortillas.
- 18. Add the tomato cubes.
- 19. Place the carrot strips on top.
- 20. Fold in the sides of the tortilla.
- 21. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- 22. Cut the finished wraps in half.
- 23. Wrap the wraps in baking paper.
- 24. Serve the wraps immediately.
