  1. 1. Peel the avocados and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. 2. Remove the pits and roughly chop the flesh.
  3. 3. Place the avocado flesh, yogurt, and peeled garlic cloves into a blender.
  4. 4. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. 5. Finely grate the lemon zest.
  6. 6. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  7. 7. Stir the lemon zest into the avocado cream.
  8. 8. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Chop the onions and sauté them in the hot oil until soft and translucent.
  11. 11. Drain the beans and reserve the liquid from the can.
  12. 12. Place the beans, onions, 100 milliliters of bean liquid, and vegetable stock into the blender.
  13. 13. Blend everything into a smooth bean puree.
  14. 14. Season the puree with cumin, salt, and pepper.
  15. 15. Score the tops of the tomatoes in a cross shape.
  16. 16. Place the tomatoes briefly in boiling water to blanch them (cook briefly in boiling water).
  17. 17. Remove the tomatoes and peel off the skin.
  18. 18. Finely dice the deseeded tomatoes.
  19. 19. Peel the onions and garlic.
  20. 20. Remove the seeds from the chilies.
  21. 21. Finely chop the onions, garlic, and chilies.
  22. 22. Mix the chopped vegetables with the diced tomatoes.
  23. 23. Season the salsa with salt, pepper, lime juice, and oil.
  24. 24. Chop the cilantro leaves and stir them in.
  25. 25. Cover the salsa and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  26. 26. Top each tortilla chip with one teaspoon of bean paste.
  27. 27. Add one teaspoon of guacamole.
  28. 28. Add one teaspoon of salsa.
  29. 29. Serve the bites with a cold beer.
