  4. 4. Remove the hard tip and the stem base of the bell peppers.
  5. 5. Halve the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the inside.
  7. 7. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  9. 9. Peel the onion.
  10. 10. Finely chop the onion.
  11. 11. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the chopped onion in the hot oil.
  13. 13. Add the kohlrabi sticks to the onion.
  14. 14. Add the pepper cubes to the pan.
  15. 15. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes.
  16. 16. Add the potato slices to the pan.
  17. 17. Press the garlic through a press.
  18. 18. Add the pressed garlic to the pan.
  19. 19. Add fresh thyme leaves to the pan.
  20. 20. Sauté everything briefly together.

  24. 24. Whisk the milk and eggs in a separate bowl.
