  2. 2. Heat a frying pan and add some oil.
  3. 3. Fry the minced meat in the pan until it is browned.
  4. 4. Add the onion cubes to the meat and stir until the onions are soft.
  5. 5. Stir in the tomato paste and add a little water.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Place the taco shells on a baking sheet.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and warm the shells inside for 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Fill two taco shells each with the minced meat and vegetable mixture.
  11. 11. Add a dollop of crème fraîche to each shell and serve.
