🍽️ Crispy Taco Shells Filled with Savory Minced Meat and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- oil (for frying)
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 3 tbsp corn (can)
- 1 green bell pepper (in strips)
- 2 tomatoes (in cubes)
- 1 leaf white cabbage (in strips)
- 8 taco shells (ready-made)
- crème fraîche
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes.
- 2. Heat a frying pan and add some oil.
- 3. Fry the minced meat in the pan until it is browned.
- 4. Add the onion cubes to the meat and stir until the onions are soft.
- 5. Stir in the tomato paste and add a little water.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Place the taco shells on a baking sheet.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and warm the shells inside for 5 minutes.
- 10. Fill two taco shells each with the minced meat and vegetable mixture.
- 11. Add a dollop of crème fraîche to each shell and serve.
