🍽️ Crispy Tortilla Sandwiches with Chicken

Ingredients
- 0.5 grilled chicken
- 3 jalapeños
- 150 g medium Gouda
- 150 g cheddar
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 2 green onions
- 6 wheat tortillas
Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin from the chicken meat.
- 2. Carefully separate the meat from the bones.
- 3. Tear the chicken meat into fine, short strips.
- 4. Drain the jalapeños well.
- 5. Finely chop the jalapeños.
- 6. Grate both types of cheese coarsely.
- 7. Wash the cilantro thoroughly.
- 8. Shake the cilantro dry.
- 9. Pluck the small cilantro leaves from the stems.
- 10. Wash the spring onions.
- 11. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 12. Slice the spring onions into very thin rounds.
- 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 14. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
- 15. Distribute the filling evenly over three tortilla wraps.
- 16. Place the remaining tortilla wraps on top.
- 17. Press the sandwiches firmly together.
- 18. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 19. Fry the tortilla wraps one after the other in the pan.
- 20. Fry each side until crispy and golden brown.
- 21. Keep the finished wraps warm in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 22. Cut each tortilla wrap into six equal pieces.
- 23. Serve the tortilla sandwiches warm.
- 24. Serve avocado cream or sour cream as a side dish.
